Terms of Use
This page explains the terms intended to apply to the Kalinio app and links to the governing Apple Standard EULA.

Translations are provided for information only. In case of differences, only the German version of these explanations is legally authoritative.
1. Scope and publication status
Kalinio has not yet been published. A future version distributed through the Apple App Store will be governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless different terms are displayed in the App Store.
2. Auto-renewable subscriptions
If Kalinio offers auto-renewable subscriptions, the price, duration and any trial period will be displayed in the App Store before purchase. Purchases, renewals, management and cancellation take place through the Apple account under Apple’s applicable terms. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled in time through Apple’s subscription management.
Kalinio may use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and activate subscription access in the app. Communication content and camera or microphone data are not transmitted to RevenueCat. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
3. Purpose of the app
Kalinio is a communication aid. The app is not a medical device and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
4. Privacy and support
The Privacy Policy on this website applies to the processing of personal data. Please send questions about the app or a subscription to info@kalinio.app.
5. Relationship to Apple’s Standard EULA
This page provides supplementary information. The Apple Standard EULA linked below governs the licensing and use of the app obtained through Apple.
