This page explains the terms that apply to the Kalinio app and links to the governing Apple Standard EULA.

1. Scope and availability
Kalinio is available on the Apple App Store. The version distributed there is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless different terms are displayed in the App Store.
2. Auto-renewable subscriptions
Kalinio offers auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers initially receive a two-week free trial. After that, a paid subscription is required to continue using Kalinio. The price and duration are displayed in the App Store before subscribing. Purchases, renewals, management and cancellation take place through the Apple account under Apple’s applicable terms. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled in time through Apple’s subscription management.
Kalinio uses Apple StoreKit 2 directly for subscription purchases, activation and restoration. RevenueCat is not used for this during normal app operation. RevenueCat is contacted as an optional, read-only diagnostic comparison only if you expressly start subscription diagnostics under “Diagnostics & Support”. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
3. Purpose of the app
Kalinio is a communication aid. The app is not a medical device and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
